By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. bk68 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
2.2 Legal Capacity. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that you are not acting under any legal incapacity that would prevent you from entering into a binding agreement.
2.3 Jurisdictional Compliance. You are solely responsible for determining whether the use of the bk68 Platform is lawful in your specific jurisdiction within Pakistan or elsewhere. bk68 does not provide legal advice. If online betting or casino gaming is prohibited or restricted under the laws applicable to you, you must not register or use the Platform.
2.4 One Account Per Person. Each player is permitted to hold one bk68 Account only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
2.5 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout your use of the Platform. bk68 may require identity verification (KYC) documents at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension or closure.
3.1 Credentials Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bk68 login credentials including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. bk68 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bk68 support immediately. You should also change your password without delay.
3.3 Account Currency. All bk68 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All displayed balances, stake amounts, and payout figures on the Platform are in PKR.
3.4 Account Closure. bk68 reserves the right to close or suspend an account at any time at its sole discretion, including where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, breach of these Terms, or any other activity detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bk68 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Available methods may be updated from time to time and are displayed in the bk68 cashier.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 unless a different minimum is displayed for a specific payment method in the cashier at the time of deposit.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to any applicable verification requirements. bk68 reserves the right to conduct additional KYC checks prior to processing any withdrawal.
4.4 No Third-Party Payments. All deposits must originate from payment instruments registered in your own name. bk68 does not accept deposits made on your behalf by third parties. If a third-party deposit is detected, bk68 may reverse the deposit and suspend the account pending investigation.
4.5 Source of Funds. By making deposits on bk68, you confirm that the funds deposited are legitimately yours and are not derived from any criminal or unlawful activity.
5.1 General. All bets and wagers placed on the bk68 Platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific product rules applicable to each game or market. Specific rules for cricket betting, casino games, slots, and card games are published within each respective section of the Platform.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet or wager is not valid until accepted by the bk68 system and a confirmation is displayed to the player. In the event of a technical error, bk68 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed or accepted in error.
5.3 Palpable Errors. bk68 reserves the right to void any bet offered or accepted due to a manifest error in odds or game parameters, regardless of whether such bets have already been settled. All decisions made by bk68 in connection with palpable errors are final.
5.4 Disconnection. bk68 is not responsible for any losses arising from a disconnection or interruption in service caused by your internet connection, mobile network, or device. Where a live casino session or in-play bet is interrupted, the rules of the specific game or market shall apply.
5.5 Integrity. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors or vulnerabilities, collude with other players, or otherwise undermine the fairness of any bk68 product is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
6.1 Eligibility. All bk68 bonuses and promotional offers are subject to separate terms and conditions published alongside each offer. General eligibility requires that the player has a verified account in good standing and meets any specific eligibility criteria stated in the offer terms.

6.3 Abuse. bk68 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any bonus, free spins, or associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
6.4 Modification. bk68 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated through the bk68 Platform.
7.1 Commitment. bk68 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing players with tools to help them manage their gaming activity. 7.3 Self-Exclusion. Players may request self-exclusion, which will block their access to the bk68 Platform for a specified period. 7.4 Underage Gambling. bk68 takes all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling. If bk68 discovers or suspects that a minor has registered an account, that account will be suspended immediately and any balance may be forfeited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk68 Platform. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal proceedings:

9.2 Limited Licence. bk68 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any bk68 content.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk68 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 bk68's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bk68 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 bk68 makes no representation or warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
bk68 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bk68 will provide reasonable notice through the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 12.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bk68 is licensed to operate.
12.2 In the event of any dispute between you and bk68, you agree to contact bk68 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. bk68 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any dispute within a reasonable timeframe.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
